General purpose knife with a blade length of 12 cm, made from stainless steel 1.4116, brand Pirge. The knife features a serrated blade, ideal for perfect preparation of vegetables, fruits, or other foods.

The blade is hot-forged and subjected to ice-hardening heat treatment, achieving a hardness of 54 HRC which ensures long-term use and easy sharpening. The stainless steel 1.4116 contains a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium, allowing precise movements and a professional, sharpened, and polished surface.

The ergonomic handle is made from PPC plastic, offering lightweight and durable use. The Ecco series knives are suitable for professional chefs and culinary enthusiasts.
