Directions for use:

• Mineral bath: Add 3 level caps of salt to water at 37-40°C. Soak for 15-30 minutes. After the bath, do not rinse your body with water – dry with a towel. It is recommended to use twice a week.
• SPA treatment: Add 1 level cap of salt to water at 37-40°C. Soak for 15-30 minutes. As with the mineral bath, do not rinse your body after the treatment. It is recommended to use once a week.
• Compresses: Dissolve half a cap of salt in water and stir well. Apply the solution to selected parts of the body and leave for 10-15 minutes, then rinse the body with water.
