Instructions for Use:

• Fill a glass volumetric cylinder with the solution to be tested.
• The cylinder must be clean and dry before use, and the solution (a mixture of water and alcohol) must be filtered and as clean as possible.
• Carefully immerse the instrument into the cylinder in a vertical position.
• Make sure the instrument floats freely within the tube.
• Initially, there will be some oscillation; the reading can be taken after the instrument settles (approximately 30 seconds).
• The reading should be taken at eye level.
