The Egg Nests Pasta – made with 5 eggs per 1 kilogram of flour. This egg pasta is prepared based on traditional recipes, offering a flavor reminiscent of childhood. Thanks to the addition of durum wheat semolina, it is much more nutritious, containing many nutrients such as lutein, B vitamins, potassium, iron, and folic acid. Additionally, durum wheat semolina has a lower glycemic index, making this pasta popular among diabetics and those leading a healthy lifestyle.

• In summer, it can be enjoyed cold with seasonal vegetables or fruits, while on cold days, it is recommended to add hot sauces and soups.

Preparation method: For every 100g of product, boil 2 liters of salted water, add the pasta – boil for 9 minutes. Then, drain the pasta and rinse with cold water.
