Loctite 243 is a general-purpose threadlocker for medium-strength locking applications. It locks and seals bolts, screws, and nuts, preventing loosening due to vibration.

• Resistant to minor contamination from industrial oils, such as engine oils and cutting fluids.
• Prevents loosening of parts subjected to vibration, e.g. in pumps and gearboxes.

• Temperature resistance from -55 °C to +150 °C.
• Suitable for thread sizes up to M36.
