Very good air conditioner. I have the 12000 BTU one for a month and a half and I am satisfied. I bought it only for cooling, because I have central heating in the house. I was specifically looking for an air conditioner with a high SEER (it has 8.5) and Eurovent certification, because I got burned with another air conditioner, an 18,000 BTU one at that. I use it in two adjoining rooms with a total area of about 20 sq m, which are isolated from the rest of the house by doors, without any special insulation. It drops the temperature from 30 degrees indoors to 26 in 20 minutes, on auto speed. Of course, 40-degree heat and heatwaves have not hit yet. It will be tested then too. As for noise, the indoor unit is only audible on high speed and turbo. On quiet, it is absolutely silent. The outdoor unit is a little louder, but not annoying in any case. It has many settings, energy saving, 3 sleep programs (one custom), UV filter, automatic cleaning, filter cleaning notification, vertical louvers that move right-left, etc. The app on the phone is very good and complete, but it has 2 negatives: a) frequent disconnections b) difficult reconnection. For that reason I will write here some instructions, for those who have difficulty reconnecting, but also for myself (so I don't forget them): (1)-Unplug the device / turn off the main switch for a few minutes (2)-Open the app and press + (3)-Press mode+wifi on the remote control to reset. (4)-In the app select the first device, the AC. (5) It shows a little icon like an indoor AC unit and a remote control and has a name that starts with AC followed by a number-letter-number-letter (in my case it is AC4f8f). Select it. (6)-Then it asks us to connect to our home's 2.4G network (attention, it only connects to 2.4, so we must make sure that our router has the 2.4 network enabled). After the connection it proceeds on its own and completes.
