The Riesling Trocken Donnhoff is a Riesling from one of Germany's top producers. The masterful combination of different soils yields a wine with minerality and fruity character. It has a pale lemon color and an intensely aromatic nose, dominated by aromas of lemon, lime, nectarine, and grapefruit. On the palate, notes of petrol, wet stone, and honeycomb appear.
On the palate, it has a medium body and sharp acidity. Juicy citrus fruits like lemon, grapefruit, and mandarin blend harmoniously with notes of peach, pineapple, and honeysuckle, on a mineral background.
