Rooibos tea is a natural, caffeine-free beverage made from the Aspalathus linearis plant, mainly cultivated in the Cederberg region of South Africa. This red bush leaf infusion has a vibrant red color and a rich, sweet-dry taste (often described as similar to honey). It is known for its mild flavor and the absence of the typical bitterness found in many teas, making it popular for evening drinks.

• Preparation instructions – classic rooibos:
• Tea quantity: 1 teaspoon per 250 ml
• Water temperature: 95–100°C
• Brewing time: 5–7 minutes (or longer if you prefer a stronger infusion)
• How to prepare: Pour hot water over the rooibos and let it steep covered. Then, strain. Serve hot or cold.
