The Peperomia caperata 'Abricos' is an impressive, compact indoor plant, particularly loved for its intensely textured, "crinkled" leaves. It features dark copper and green shades in the center, surrounded by a unique, bright pink-apricot border.
It is ideal for beginners as it has slow growth and requires minimal care. Direct sunlight will burn its delicate leaves. The brighter the spot (without direct sun), the more intense and vivid its apricot and copper colors will become.
Due to its semi-succulent leaves, it stores water and tolerates temporary drought. Although it prefers moderate to high humidity, it easily adapts to the normal indoor atmosphere. If the air is very dry, you can place a humidifier nearby instead of misting its leaves.
