Spray Paints

• Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry, and free of grease.
• Protective ring removal: Remove the plastic ring using a screwdriver.
• Preparation: To achieve the ideal base, apply a primer. This improves adhesion and increases corrosion resistance, while also facilitating color change of the surface.
• Correct temperature: The can should not be cold. The ideal application temperature is 20°C.
• Shaking: Shake the can vigorously for about 2 minutes to ensure the pigments are well mixed.
• Application distance: Apply from a distance of 25-30 cm.
• Spray paint application: Apply several uniform crossed layers every few minutes.
• Clear varnish: For the best possible result, apply a clear varnish. This final layer will improve the surface’s durability.
• Long-term use of the can: After completing the work, turn the can upside down and spray for a few seconds until only clean gas comes out. This ensures that the valve and nozzle are cleaned.
