Baking tray with 6 cavities, brand AMT Gastroguss, made of aluminum with Lotan non-stick coating, dimensions 35 x 33 cm, GN 2/3 standard.

The 6-cavity non-stick baking tray is made of exceptionally thin cast aluminum. It features the following characteristic properties:

  • Optimal heat distribution: Evenly browns food, helping to achieve excellent results.
  • Healthy baking: PFOA-free, requires little or no fat.
  • Non-stick coating: The Lotan coating is reinforced with 3 ceramic layers, preventing food from sticking.
  • Time and energy saving: Heats up quickly reducing baking time by up to 20%.
  • Temperature resistance: Withstands temperatures up to 260°C, but should not be used in induction ovens.

It is recommended to use oven gloves when removing the tray from the oven. For care, clean with a little dish detergent and warm water before first use and wipe with kitchen paper after use.
