Deep frying pan with handle, by AMT Gastroguss, measuring 24 x 24 cm and 6 cm in height, made of aluminum with a non-stick coating of Lotan®, a product of Germany.

  • Non-stick coating: Lotan® with antibacterial action, PFOA-free.
  • Construction strategy: Handmade aluminum, longer hardening time, homogeneous casting.
  • Base thickness: Up to 9 mm, stores more energy, does not deform over time.
  • Temperatures: The handles withstand temperatures up to 240°C.
  • Cleaning: Suitable for dishwasher, except for induction cooktops.

The base of the AMT Gastroguss cookware is sandblasted for a 12-fold increase in the adhesion surface. The first layer is made of titanium oxide, nearly as hard as diamond, followed by the anti-corrosion layer and the ceramic particle layer.
