They are made of type 201 stainless steel, with a matte and smooth surface, according to the GASTRO NORM PN-EN 631-1:1996 standard. GN containers are used for storing food under refrigeration and freezing conditions - up to -40°C. They are also ideal for use at higher temperatures - up to 300°C, making them suitable for combi-steam oven technology. They stand out for their increased resistance to mechanical damage and the action of organic acids and detergents. They are also suitable for dishwasher use and resistant to intensive surface cleaning. Special attention has been given to details such as rounded corners and smooth edges, ensuring a high level of safety and hygiene. The additional embossed rim reinforces the structure of each container, protecting it from impacts during operation and allowing stacking.
