NATURA RODOS is a local business in Kalamona, Rhodes, near the Valley of the Butterflies. This activity is an evolution of the work of the Kallas family in the primary sector, dating back to 1959, with the operation of a traditional olive mill that produced extra virgin olive oil in the village of Theologos, Rhodes.

The love and passion developed during the decades of operating the olive mill created the ambition to promote Rhodian extra virgin olive oil, both domestically and internationally. NATURA’s goal is the production, circulation, and distribution of the product with a designation of origin in the local and international market.

At the end of the 1990s, the Kallas family began the process of packaging and promoting extra virgin olive oil, which is now available in selected stores on the island. Alongside the start of the packaging process in 1999, the business completed the acquisition and renovation of an old Italian farm and the establishment of the NATURA RODOS store, located near the old Italian village of Beverano.

In the traditionally decorated store, visitors can taste NATURA extra virgin olive oil, honey from various varieties from small beekeepers of the island, as well as local wine varieties from the cellar.
