Terrine dish with lid, manufactured by Emile Henry, measuring 19 × 12 cm and with a capacity of 0.63 L, made of HR® ceramic.

This product is ideal for cooking foie gras. Very easy to use, the terrine dish comes with a press for extracting fat by pressing the food during foie gras preparation.

The HR® (High Resistance) ceramic developed in Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures of up to 270 °C and distributes heat evenly across the entire surface of the dish. The enamel used to finish the dish protects it from scratches and chipping, making it dishwasher safe.
