Staub products are made of very high-quality cast iron with enhanced resistance to scratches and chipping, easy to clean, and with a long service life. Thanks to the materials used, the cookware retains its temperature and stays hot for a long time after being removed from the oven or hob.

Features:

  • Black matte enamel coating on the inside, specially designed for preparing Japanese rice-based recipes.
  • The matte surface creates a smooth natural non-stick surface as the oils penetrate the enamel pores.
  • Two to three layers of enamel on the outside for optimal heat distribution.
  • Lid with small protrusions that ensure moisture retention and enhance flavors.
  • Suitable for all types of hobs, including induction.

The pot is not dishwasher safe.
