Kaspe Work Helmet

Material: HDPE - Head Protection:

  • 6-point plastic suspension with fabric strap that adapts to the shape of the user's head.
  • Large surface area for logo on the front, back, and side areas.
  • Protection against electric shock up to 440V AC.
  • Protection against falling objects according to EN397.
  • Standards: EN397 - Industrial Safety Helmets

The standard defines the requirements for the properties and labeling of industrial protective helmets. It specifies manufacturing requirements, mandatory and optional protective properties, and provides testing methods for mandatory and optional tests of industrial protective helmets.

According to the standard's instructions, each helmet must bear a label with an embossed or printed signature containing the following information:

  • Standard number.
  • Name or identification number of the manufacturer.
  • Year and bi-monthly production period.
  • Helmet type.
  • Size or size range.
  • Abbreviation for the coating material.

Information regarding instructions and recommendations for adjustment, installation, cleaning, disinfection, maintenance, technical inspections, and storage is provided in the instruction manual.

Recommended for:

  • Logistics, including transport and handling (warehouse work).
  • Metal processing as well as machinery and equipment operators and repairs.
  • Construction and renovation work / Assembly and installation work / Road construction.
