Sigmacover 456 Concrete Floor Paint 4L - RAL 3000

Two-component, thick, epoxy paint

Main advantages of the paint:

  • Usually intended as a primer or surface layer in coating systems for metal structures exposed to weather conditions.
  • Can be applied directly on concrete.
  • Very fast curing.
  • Curing down to -10°C.
  • Good adhesion to old epoxy, alkyd, and chlorinated rubber coatings.
  • Durable, long-lasting elasticity.
  • Easy application with brush, roller, or spray equipment.

Technical characteristics:

  • Touch dry: 2 hours.
  • Application of second coat at 20°C: After 3 hours.
  • Solid content: 65%.
  • Gloss: Semi-gloss.
  • Recommended thinner: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92.
  • Full curing: 4 days.

The second coat is achieved by mixing base and hardener in a 4.5:1 ratio.

Concrete painting instructions:

  • For the primer layer, use Sigmacover 456 with Solid Thinner 92.
  • One package is enough to paint up to 12m² of ready floor paint with a thickness of 200 microns.

Contact with volatile vapors requires the use of a mask in enclosed spaces with limited ventilation.
