Because it is unfiltered, it preserves the fruity aroma, enzymes, and natural sediment, resulting in the liquid being slightly cloudy. It is made through natural fermentation, where the sugars in the apple juice are converted into acetic acid. It is used for dressings, marinating, sauces, as well as mixed with water as a beverage.
