    I bought it two years ago. Immediately it started to show some moisture in the collector. The technician said it was normal and if I wanted, we could make holes from the back to let it out, and it actually worked. This winter, it filled with even more moisture than half of the collector, so I called the technician again, and again they said it was normal! If you see pictures, you will pull your hair out. The technicians at least have no desire to suggest replacing the collector. There is silicone for external insulation between the glass and the sheet metal, which has now cracked, has holes, and I believe that's where it comes from. Prefer collectors with rubber. Stay away
