Tetra SafeStart contains live, patented nitrifying bacteria (Nitrospira) that create an active biological structure in the water. It is intended to accelerate the biological activation of the aquarium and allows immediate introduction of fish into a new aquarium.

• Can be used during initial setup, water changes, filter cleaning, or after fish quarantine.
• Maintains its effectiveness for 12 months without refrigeration, at temperatures from 2°C to 30°C.
