The wet processing offers a clean flavor profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, milk chocolate, fruits, and herbs. The beans are grown at an altitude of 1500 – 1800 m a.s.l. in the regions of Mendoza, Amazonas, Cajamarca, and Huabal, on plantations up to 10 hectares, and are hand-picked.
