Description & Specifications

SADPAL is a catalyst that facilitates the combustion process by burning ash, tars and unburned hydrocarbons, eliminating carbon monoxide and other environmentally harmful substances, as well as preventing the formation of black smoke from the chimney. It can significantly reduce fuel consumption by up to approximately 15%. It cleans the hearth and chimney, reduces corrosion, and eliminates ash, soot, and deposits through complete combustion.

The recommended dose is 1.5 - 3 kg per 1000 kg of coal, soot, or wood. The product is neither flammable nor explosive. A practical indication for using SADPAL is the accumulation of ash on the loading doors of cast furnaces or ash on the walls of fireplaces. During first use, the hearth should be well heated to a temperature above 650 °C, and the product should be applied to the layer of embers and fire in such an amount that the smoke coming out of the chimney is white.

The size of the initial dose depends on the size of the boiler, the layer of tar deposits and ash on the walls of the hearth. For example, for a boiler with a total surface area of 3 m², use 0.5 kg of the product, and for a boiler with an area of 25 m², use 6.0 kg. When adding SADPAL to the embers, ensure a good air supply. After adding the product, the color of the fire changes.

After 30-40 minutes, check the effectiveness of the product; the furnace walls should turn white. This indicates that the ash combustion process is proceeding correctly. Then, the sludge and ash deposits should crack, bend, and fall off the furnace walls. Always start cleaning with a smaller amount of SADPAL; if the result is unsatisfactory, increase the dose. Overdosing SADPAL in the hearth does not pose any risk. After the first dose, if necessary, the furnace walls can be easily cleaned with a scraper or wire brush.
