The stainless steel poultry plucker is designed for efficient and fast cleaning, with the process completed in just a few seconds. It features a water pipe (internal tube) that automatically sprays the bird during the cleaning process, ensuring the feathers are removed quickly and effectively.
The natural rubber fingers help clean poultry easily and quickly without injuring them. The integrated transport wheels provide easy movement of the plucker, while the brakes ensure it stays in the correct position during use.
The high-quality stainless steel construction ensures great durability and long-term operation, making it ideal for professionals and amateurs in poultry farming units.
Instructions for Use: The price includes the water pipe (internal tube for automatic wetting of the bird, with the option to connect directly to the water supply). The water connection to the plucker’s tube for automatic wetting of the poultry should be made directly to the water supply and not through gravity flow. Before the plucking process, the bird should first be immersed in hot water (about 1 minute). It is also recommended to cut off the feet and wings for better results. The bird should always be kept wet during the plucking process. Instant results in less than half a minute. Finally, after the process, the drum and fingers should be cleaned with a strong cleaning agent (e.g. bleach) to prevent a source of contamination.
