Description

"Our Good" tsipouro from the Stavropoulos Family is produced from high-quality grape marc of the "Savatiano" variety. It undergoes distillation in a copper still with water from a natural spring in Dirfys. After distillation, it ages for at least 12 months in stainless steel tanks, acquiring a full and complete character.

Flavor Profile

Its color is clear with aromas of dried herbs, geranium, butter, green walnut, and bitter almond. The taste is round and harmonious, with pleasant fruity flavors accompanying those of the herbs, leading to a creamy and buttery aftertaste that lasts for a long time.

    At this level, you go for sleep and when you wake up you are not thirsty and you don't have a headache.
    I found the taste soft and pleasant, I won't go into descriptions like fruits with hints of dried fruits and the scent of field flowers, because I find them incomprehensible and a bit funny.
    In conclusion, good tsipouro, with its own taste, honest alcohol, clean.
    I prefer it over Babatzim mainly because of the taste that suits me better.
