The full-color camera features a SONY Exmor 2.1 MP digital CMOS sensor. The sensor is designed using back-illuminated technology to reduce light scattering and increase matrix sensitivity (8935 mV at 1/30 second). It provides bright and clear images even in low-light conditions. It is suitable for use with dark-field and bright-field methods with 40x, 60x, and 100x magnification objectives. The camera can be mounted on the microscope in two ways: in the trinocular tube via a C-mount adapter or in the eyepiece tube using an adapter and adapter rings. It is recommended to use an adapter with magnification from 0.6x to 0.9x for the widest possible field of view without distortion. Once installed, the camera connects to a computer via a USB 3.0 port with a data transfer speed of 5 Gbps. To display images on the screen, capture photos and videos, and use other functions, MAGUS View software is used. Please note that before starting work, the software must be configured for each objective used. A calibration slide is required for this (not included). The image is displayed on the screen at Full HD resolution of 1920x1080 px at 96 fps. Frame transitions are smooth and lag-free, making it suitable for observing moving objects, including demonstrations during lectures or scientific presentations.
