Holland & Barrett Starflower capsules provide the essential fatty acids linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which are derived from cold-pressed borage oil. In the body, linoleic acid is metabolized into GLA, which participates in the production of hormone-like substances (prostaglandins). Since certain fatty acids are not produced by the body, obtaining them through diet or supplements is considered beneficial. The added content of vitamin B6 contributes to the normal regulation of hormonal activity.

Take 1 capsule per day, preferably with a meal.
