Description & Specifications

Waterproof PU 700 is a high-quality, long-lasting, single-component, brush-applied elastomeric polyurethane roof waterproofing membrane. It forms a seamless, continuous protective membrane with excellent adhesion to the substrate and resistance to UV radiation and standing water. Its key properties include:

  • Temperature resistance: from -40°C to +90°C.
  • Mechanical and chemical resistance: impermeable to water and permeable to water vapour.
  • Suitable for: long-term waterproofing of roofs, balconies, cement boards, plasterboard, terrazzo, concrete slabs, new or aged liquid-applied membranes, polyurethane foam, existing bituminous membrane layers, and metal surfaces.

It is also suitable for application beneath thermal insulation boards on roofs and roof gardens.

Coverage: Minimum 1.5–1.8 kg/m², depending on the substrate and application method. Maximum 750 g/m² per coat, to prevent bubbles from forming in the coating.
