The MasterSOL boiler room boilers are internally protected from corrosion with the method of Direct Glass liquid enamel baked at 850 degrees Celsius, with a thickness of 400 microns, using a mixture of inorganic silicate salts without chemical additives, for absolutely hygienic water and excellent durability over time.

Having complete adhesion of the glass to the steel, it follows the contractions and expansions of the metal. They are ideal for domestic and professional use and are made from quality, environmentally friendly materials for long-lasting durability. They are manufactured according to DIN 4753 and EN 12897 specifications and are inspected according to international hygiene standards.

The boilers are installed vertically and have positions for recirculation and for an immersion thermometer. They also feature a cleaning flange. Their insulation is made of polyurethane and its injection is done by an automatic, new generation, modern technology machine to achieve the optimal density of the material.
