    I am 43 years old with oily skin and several fine lines on the upper eyelid that make it difficult for me to apply eyeshadow. This primer fills them in, making the area matte and even-toned, without coloring or covering like a concealer. It makes a cheap eyeshadow last comfortably for 4-6 hours. It applies easily and doesn't irritate even when my eyes are already irritated from other products. The only downside is that if this primer is applied, no eyeliner pencil will stick on top!
