Not quite as good as a briki on a gas stove or a proper Hovli, but produces consistent results and you don't have to stand over it whilst it is brewing, I see many of my local coffee shops use these for Greek coffee

Unfortunately, for the past 2 months I have had to put my coffee mug in twice for it to boil because the first time it only heats it up. Since the product has a 2-year warranty, how can I return it?

I bought it on 18-2-26. I was satisfied until about a month ago, but since then I have to put the cup with the coffee in twice for it to boil, because with one time it comes out lukewarm. It's a shame for the money I spent. I will try through Skroutz to see if I can return it.

Greek coffee instantly without the stress of spilling from the briki. Worth its money. The only downside is the screw of the handle on the plastic briki which rusted in the dishwasher. For this price, they could have used a stainless steel one.

Truly remarkable product. Even though we are a summer shop with more demand for cold drinks, we used it quite a lot without any wear so far and with a commendable result that makes your work much easier. Although we haven't had any issues with the briki as mentioned in other reviews, it's good that it's available as a spare part to buy, even if it's a bit overpriced. It's worth the money for the convenience it offers with consistent results.

The handle broke in less than 2 months with careful use and cleaning

I have been drinking only Greek coffee for many years. I considered the process of making coffee just the way I want it, always plain of course, a ritual. The amount of water, the amount of coffee, the flame under the briki just right, etc. One day a friend of mine who often travels to Turkey for work told me that I am wasting my time and should get a BEKO. I told him to forget it. Greek coffee can't be made in a machine. The result? It can, and maybe even better.

The best Greek coffee maker I have ever bought and this is the second time I am purchasing it. The first one lasted me four years with daily use. After that, I decided to try other more economical options but I was just wasting my money here and there. I returned again to this one which was tried and tested and I was satisfied. If it breaks again, I will buy the same one.

For two years it has been making coffee and cocoa that my wife drinks every day and it is simply perfect. It cleans relatively easily, has not shown the slightest problem, and still makes coffee with perfect crema and taste.

I am a Greek coffee lover and this elegant, easy to use coffee maker makes for a surprisingly exceptional coffee. I air travel frequently and a few months back I was flying out of ATH and ordered some Greek coffee at the airport's high-end cafeteria. It was exceptional so I asked the barista to let me take a picture of the coffee maker. She did, and 2 weeks later, when I returned, I ordered it. I've been enjoying Greek coffee of the highest quality since then. It's a breeze to make and it literally takes 2 or 3 minutes to prep and make. Highly recommend!

The coffee it makes is excellent. The pot is not of good quality. The handle came off, I bought a new pot (it cost almost as much as the entire machine) and after a year the handle came off again... The pot definitely needs improvement!

By far the best of all. The second one I bought for personal use. A waste of time to deal with any other.

It broke within 5 months. We took it to service where they fixed it, but we were on hold for about 1.5 months. After 2 months, it broke again. Money wasted, unfortunately!

One of the best purchases I have made… Excellent Greek coffee… without the stress of having to watch over it in case it overflows. In exactly 2.5 minutes it is ready. It makes a sound when it is brewed. Everyone I made coffee for was impressed! In the first few days, the pot smells a bit, like when you first turn on an oven.

Perfect, worth the money. Although an expensive sport for a Greek household, I wouldn't change it for anything. Good mixing of the coffee before placing it. And the glass never in the dishwasher

It's not as practical as the older, double one with a water tank....there's nothing similar on the market, though.

After two years of continuous operation I am facing various problems, which were mainly due to insufficient cleaning of the coffee maker. However, two days ago it gave up the ghost.

For me, the best machine for Greek coffee. It has quite good build quality compared to the others available, and there are no overflow issues, etc., if you fill the water up to the line inside the pot. It's a bit pricier compared to others, but you get what you pay for

First impressions are that it makes good coffee. It is beautiful although a bit plastic. I make coffee in a regular cup and put a considerable amount of coffee. In this case, it definitely needs stirring before you put it in, otherwise it doesn't work properly. I didn't exceed the line it has but it doesn't happen on its own. This bothered me a little, otherwise it's just fine.
