I bought it on 4/4/24. Today, 10/01/25, it turned off by itself. I called a technician who identified a burnt circuit board. I should note that in the first month of operation, it needed a faulty exhaust motor, which was covered under warranty. Then, after winter came again and it worked for 3 months, it burned a circuit board that they do not cover under warranty. It consumes 1 bag of 15 kilograms every 12 hours (and this is with settings from a technician). Overall, a failed and very expensive purchase, and I do not recommend it to anyone. I had an ARTEL stove for 10 years and was extremely satisfied. Unfortunately, I was deceived at the store in Drama and bought it... Anyone intending to buy such a useless stove should not do it

The First subscription heater!
As soon as it reaches a certain number of operating hours, the error and cleaning indicators light up, asking for maintenance, as if the oils have reached the mileage for a change.
In other words, the technician has to come and get paid to reset the indicators on a perfectly functioning machine WITHOUT any damage.
In the manual, they mention a way to reset the "check engine" light, which of course doesn't work, so you have to call the technician...!
If I had known in advance that I would buy a Subscription Heater, I wouldn't have bought it!
High pellet consumption and noisier than average.

The problem is with the quality of the pellet. You need to search for the right pellet to get.. otherwise, it's turbo.. 90 sqm. it warms me up.

It's a beast and you can take a bath in the winter.
I don't regret getting this one instead of the Amanda standard.

Simply excellent. Impeccable service from the manufacturing factory. A small issue arose and since I happen to live in an area without technical support (an island), the manufacturer himself spent endless hours guiding me step by step over the phone. He even went as far as replacing the product with a new one. I thank Gekas Metal Group for their outstanding service. It is definitely worth it. I highly recommend it without reservation.

Όταν λες αεραγωγό τι εννοείς ;
Η σύνδεση της είναι συγκεκριμένη αλλιώς θα έχεις θέμα με τα καυσαέρια ..
Άλλο θέμα έχει ...με το πέλλετ . Για τα χρήματα της έχεις αδύναμο κοχλία .
Θέλει μαλακό πελλετ αλλιώς κολλάει στην τροφοδοσία πέλλετ ..συνεπώς σβηνει .
Εγώ δεν θα την ξανά αγόραζα ..πολλά χρήματα για ότι προσφέρει.
