The particular item, the one that (at least) I have in my possession, is of a very large diameter or, if you prefer, it is either for very well-built individuals or for high-end bodybuilders....
I emphasize that it is one size.
The problem mainly lies in the plastic buckle (see last photo), which, when you have a hand with a diameter of 27 cm like me, "fits" right inside the elbow and it's IRRITATING!!!
The equivalent product from OPPO is clearly more well thought out and user-friendly (I had it and it was stolen from me on a padel court and then I thought of getting the LP Support one, because everything else I have gotten from this company is super).
Finally, it doesn't do anything special for tennis/padel elbow and therefore I do not recommend its use, in my opinion, for this injury.
