For those who work in jobs where the hand is heavily strained (e.g., butcher shop or deli section in a supermarket), it is ideal. I couldn't stand the tightness for 3 days, but then it relaxed. And when you combine it with an additional bandage on the wrist - then you don't feel pain in the wrist, elbow, or shoulder (tested by both me and my spouse who work in a butcher shop with a lot of weight and continuous pressure on our joints and tendons). Okay, you feel some fatigue at the end of the shift, but not that crazy pain where you don't know where to put your hand afterward. The size is normal in this category. The material doesn't stretch out and remains just as stable after 1 year of use for me. It really does a very good job.
