I got it for my 7-month-old baby. He accepted it very easily because he already had the same one for 0+. There was no problem with the milk flow. It was perfect for a 7-month-old. The nipple is very flexible and the silicone is durable.

A decent pacifier but in my opinion, it is definitely not suitable for a 4-month-old baby.. It has a very high flow.
I got it for my 3-year-old daughter and it's fine.. but I would never use it for a small baby.
