    The best thing for volume in thin, lifeless, long hair. I spray it on slightly damp hair at the top of the head, making partings. I blow dry it (or not) and it leaves a very nice feeling of volume at the roots. The hair has free movement but stands higher due to the light friction from the spray. I also notice that it gives me 1-2 extra days without washing. And for those interested, it is relatively easy to make your own similar spray with water, pure alcohol, and Epsom salts.
