Dosage

  • Adults 1 - 2 tablets daily. 

Precautions

  • Do not take if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking MAO inhibitors, antidepressants, or weight loss medications without consulting your doctor.

L-5 HydroxyTryptoPhan [from Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract] 

50 mg.

Bulking Agent (microcrystalline cellulose, di-calcium phosphate), L-5 Hydroxytryptophan (Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract), Controlled Release Agent (hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose), Anti-caking Agent (veg. magnesium stearate, silica), Binding Agent (acacia gum).
