I had the rechargeable version which had two settings and was more powerful, but for its price this one is good and will probably turn out to be more durable.

Compared to an older electric file of the same brand, I see that this one is much less effective. In no case can it replace a visit to a professional or increase the intervals between visits.
It may be useful for maintenance and nothing more.

It could be stronger, but okay, it works with batteries, we don't expect miracles. It gets the job done!

The best product for silky smooth feet. Without any effort or rubbing, in minimal time the heels become softer than any pedicure, the results are impressive, I have no words! Indeed, the quality of the device may be mediocre (the batteries had leaked for me and after a year their cover doesn't make good contact, but if I hold it in a special way, it continues to work), but the result is unbelievable.

I had an ant bite on my metatarsal which then developed into a sore. I suffered a lot and had incredible difficulty walking. This product is excellent, I used it for 2 weeks after a daily foot bath.

It doesn't work properly from the beginning I bought it... One works, one doesn't... I changed the batteries but the same thing... I wouldn't recommend it, nor would I buy it again.

The quality of the device seems durable, both in size and weight, and it operates with 4 AA batteries, so it can be used anywhere without requiring electrical power. I like the system that stops functioning if you apply more force than necessary. For the amateur purpose that I want it for, it satisfies me. I hope it has a long lifespan.

Unacceptable product.... I bought one piece at first... the batteries inside were almost melted but it worked when I put new ones for about 10 times.... very weak, it doesn't remove dead skin... after it broke, I bought the same one again because I assumed that the battery issue was just a "coincidence", but the second time half of the batteries were exploded and the others were leaking liquid and of course it didn't work at all.... unacceptable unfortunately despite its brand....

I wanted this product because of the brand, which is supposed to specialize in feet. I waited for many years for its price to drop, and finally bought it from a pharmacy. The batteries were indeed melted and leaking, so I had to clean it and put in new batteries, which I had to remove from the machine each time to prevent them from melting again... The result? Absolutely nothing, wasted money, it doesn't work at all, it is completely weak and useless. DO NOT BUY IT!!!

It doesn't work, also when you press it a little harder on the skin, it stops spinning. With the gentle stroke that the roller gives you, the dead skin doesn't come off though

I preferred it because of the well-known brand, specialized in foot care products. Unfortunately, it doesn't have the power it should. A cheap Chinese one I had before had better results. The batteries in the package were damaged (rust on the poles)

Although I don't have cracked heels, the skin is a bit harder than I would like. The file didn't do much and it is supposed to be strong enough to handle worse problems.

I believed, due to the brand, that it would do the job.. but in the end, it was exactly the same as a cheap one I had bought for 5 euros and it was even better... what a shame...

I have a manual file from Jumbo for 2 euros and it does more work. This file is basically for people with minor cracked heel problems. It took me three times longer to say that I somewhat saw the same result. And of course, the price is outrageous not only for the work it does NOT do but also because it is neither waterproof nor rechargeable.
