It never heats up, I also consider the product description to be incomplete, it does not mention anywhere how many ml the roller that the device takes should be, the wax does not melt so when you try to spread it, it hurts a lot and there is no window where you can see the amount of wax remaining. Overall, for me it was a very bad purchase, one that I tried and one that I put in the drawer and never took out again!!! Spend your money on some other product, in my opinion.

I bought the wax based on the reviews I had read. I found myself faced with completely opposite results from what other users say... First, it takes at least an hour for the wax to warm up, second, it doesn't spread easily to the point that when you spread it, it pulls the hairs with the roller and in sensitive areas like the buttocks, it doesn't spread at all. Finally, the residue doesn't come off even with baby oil. I wouldn't buy it again, I was not satisfied at all

I use the candle and films from the same company and they are very good. They do not cause irritation nor leave any wax residue that does not come off with plain water. The result lasts for many days.

I have had it for 5 years, I have done countless hair removal sessions and it still works. Its usage is simple, it is easily cleaned from any wax residue, and it has not caused me any problems. I use it at home for my legs and arms.
