    It mainly produces white dry wines (blanc de gris) with high acidity, light body, and explosive aromas of rose, Turkish delight, citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), and muscat. It can also produce sparkling and rosé wines.

    Rhodite

    It produces wines with a light to medium body, subtle aromas of citrus and white flowers, and good acidity, especially the mountainous Rhodite.

White wine, in which two renowned white varieties, Roditis and Moschofilero, are harmoniously combined. Omikron White is characterized by a refreshing taste and a white-yellow color. Its aroma is intensely fruity, with pleasant citrus notes.

  • Vineyards: Roditis comes from selected vineyards in Corinthia and Achaia, while Moschofilero comes from corresponding vineyards in Mantineia.
  • Harvest date: Mid-September for Roditis, late September to early October for Moschofilero.
  • Vinification: Classic white, with controlled temperature, in stainless steel winemakers. The two varieties are vinified separately and the final blend is obtained at the completion of the process.
  • Serving temperature: 7-9°C.
  • Pairs with: Poultry, fish, fresh cheeses.
