The decision has been made to strategically focus on our core APC Back-UPS product families and to re-focus our future product roadmap on new and exciting application areas.
We will continue to honour all accepted orders and our product warranty and guarantee commitments. The warranty policy varies by product, more details regarding warranty by product can be found at www.apc.com. We will ensure we have a limited quantity of units available to support up to 10 years of warranty claims post end of commercialization based on estimated failure rates. In the event of an in-warranty product failure, if no replacement units are available, we will arrange for the relevant refund to be made to the customer up to the value of the faulty item.
