    I have been suffering from urinary tract infection for 10 months, which did not go away with any antibiotic. 10 months later, for the first time, the urine culture came out clean while I was no longer taking any medication because I simply got tired and had turned to herbal remedies. I highly recommend it, it did what neither the antibiotics nor the mannose did in 2 different supplements, nor other cranberry supplements. I think the difference is made by the PACs which are in huge quantities in this particular product compared to others out there.
