The RCE combines the operation of a convector heater and the comfort of infrared heating. It automatically selects which of the two functions to use to maintain the temperature. When the room is cold, the RCE sets both elements to full load. As the space approaches the desired temperature, it begins to set the body to partial load until the temperature is reached.
