Ασφαλώς κάνει και για mA, μετρά μέχρι 3 δεκαδικά ψηφία. Για την διαρροή απλά βάζεις το καλώδιο (+ ή -) στην τσιμπιδα και στιγμιαία βλέπεις την ένδειξη, όπως φαίνεται και εδώ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tFZpv3gBAiU
