    I read the comments and I am amazed at what I bought. Guys, it is the worst air conditioner in the world. Did you see its performance? A+ for cooling and A for heating. I had it in the summer. It did some work in terms of cooling but with very high consumption. As for heating in the winter, it’s completely useless. It doesn’t heat a 35 square meter space at all and just burns electricity. I regret my money and the 120 euros I paid to have it installed. I want to break it. Unacceptable

    After 2 years of use, I only have good things to say. I recommend it with closed eyes. I won't go into details like creaking, noise, affordability, and all that. It is a very good AC, and if it had a different brand name on the box, we would be paying double the price.

    Two were installed in a 65sqm house with average windows that leak. In the summer, it becomes a refrigerator and in the winter, we walk around in short sleeves when they are working at full capacity. I highly recommend it.

    Very satisfied with the cooling-heating and power consumption! I bought 2 units for a 120 sqm house and they cover at least the accessible 90 sqm! I have had them for 2.5 years without any problems! They are on 24/7 during the summer at 30° and it's like a paradise house! I highly recommend it without hesitation!

    I bought it a month ago, in July. I have a two-story house with the upper floor closed off by a wall, but an open staircase. I bought the 12,000 BTU model for the lower area of 60 square meters. I didn't expect much, but the air conditioner, without exaggeration, brings the desired cool climate with minimal operation in 10 minutes. They even told me to put it on low profile outside when it's hot and it cools the inside comfortably. I haven't needed to use the turbo mode yet. I don't have an opinion on its heating performance yet. I highly recommend it, it pleasantly surprised me, I didn't expect it to be so powerful. It's also quite quiet, although I expected the opposite, but in the end, the fan from the windows makes more noise. It's also reasonably priced and affordable.

    Just take care of it, it's not difficult to clean the filters yourself and check the cells outside if they need cleaning, just pour some water.
    If you see that it is very dirty, call someone who knows and has the appropriate chemicals....

    Two air conditioners (12,000 BTU) were installed mainly for heating in a 50 sqm apartment in Evros with relatively moderate insulation. Without any excessive dose, even in eco mode, the house becomes an oven!! The operation is quite silent and economical. Beautiful internal unit in charcoal, with a screen that shows the temperature when the air conditioner is in operation. The only thing that may concern me is the absence of technical support (service, spare parts, etc.) in Greece, as it is an imported product from Bulgaria, as I was informed by the store.

    I read the comments and I am amazed at what I bought. Guys, it is the worst air conditioner in the world. Did you see its performance? A+ for cooling and A for heating. I had it in the summer. It did some work in terms of cooling but with very high consumption. As for heating in the winter, it’s completely useless. It doesn’t heat a 35 square meter space at all and just burns electricity. I regret my money and the 120 euros I paid to have it installed. I want to break it. Unacceptable

    Two were installed in a 65sqm house with average windows that leak. In the summer, it becomes a refrigerator and in the winter, we walk around in short sleeves when they are working at full capacity. I highly recommend it.

    Very satisfied with the cooling-heating and power consumption! I bought 2 units for a 120 sqm house and they cover at least the accessible 90 sqm! I have had them for 2.5 years without any problems! They are on 24/7 during the summer at 30° and it's like a paradise house! I highly recommend it without hesitation!

    I bought it a month ago, in July. I have a two-story house with the upper floor closed off by a wall, but an open staircase. I bought the 12,000 BTU model for the lower area of 60 square meters. I didn't expect much, but the air conditioner, without exaggeration, brings the desired cool climate with minimal operation in 10 minutes. They even told me to put it on low profile outside when it's hot and it cools the inside comfortably. I haven't needed to use the turbo mode yet. I don't have an opinion on its heating performance yet. I highly recommend it, it pleasantly surprised me, I didn't expect it to be so powerful.     Just take care of it, it's not difficult to clean the filters yourself and check the cells outside if they need cleaning, just pour some water.

    Two air conditioners (12,000 BTU) were installed mainly for heating in a 50 sqm apartment in Evros with relatively moderate insulation. Without any excessive dose, even in eco mode, the house becomes an oven!! The operation is quite silent and economical. Beautiful internal unit in charcoal, with a screen that shows the temperature when the air conditioner is in operation. The only thing that may concern me is the absence of technical support (service, spare parts, etc.) in Greece, as it is an imported product from Bulgaria, as I was informed by the store.
