Alcoholic fermentation took place with natural yeasts at a temperature of 26º-28ºC with 2 light pumpovers per day to extract only the most elegant tannins and achieve a more fruity wine.

Aged in French oak barrels for 16 months before bottling. Further aging in the bottle in the House's cellars before being released to the market.
