I bought it for electrical work in construction.

Negatives:
It does not have left movement, only right.
It does not have a speed regulator. It has a standard fixed speed, half the speed of a regular drill.
The cable is 2 meters long. I will extend it with another 3 meters at the first opportunity. The manual states that the cable is 2x1 mm.
The official service in Greece gave me the okay to do it without voiding the warranty.
I believe that for digging horizontally or for ceilings, it will be tiring due to its weight. Of course, I may get used to it (since it is relatively new) and not notice it at all.

Positives:
It is quite powerful, it doesn't seem to struggle anywhere.
It has zero impact sensation due to the shock absorber system.
It doesn't heat up easily.
It has high-quality materials.
The motor has very low noise intensity, while also providing strong air power for cooling.
It comes with a high-quality and large case that includes drills, a user manual in Greek, chisels, grease, a key for the carbon brushes, and extra replacement carbon brushes.

After a few months, I will come back with a new review. So far, it seems excellent!

The purchase was mainly made for demolishing tiles glued with cement (removing all the cement) and small demolitions because the Makita I had (800W, 2.4 joules) seemed somewhat weak and may have started showing signs of fatigue, a shame for such an expensive tool.

Positives:

1. The power seems good (7 joules), it seems at least 2+ times more powerful than the Makita, so the nominal power seems valid. The impact force is quite large. You won't easily find anything stronger unless you go for an SDS-MAX chuck. I had many SDS-PLUS chisels, so I stuck with the smaller system.
2. It seems to have a quality construction, it comes with a very good chisel (correct width and length), a very good point, and 3 medium-length concrete drilling bits, as well as grease (the SDS socket should theoretically be greased with every tool change to prevent wear from impacts, in all rotary hammers, but if grease is applied, extra cleanliness is needed).
3. The grip is very good and predictable, in all handles, even upside down or with one hand.
4. It has no vibrations. It seems like you can work tirelessly for days. It is mentioned in the specifications. When the tool hits, it is damped with a significant stroke before the handle, and it progresses steadily like a truck. It doesn't need extra pressure, it works on its own.
5. It makes very little noise, especially when it breaks and doesn't completely jam.
6. The case is small but good. It can hold extra chisels and the manual/documents so they won't get lost.
7. They also provide 2 carbon brushes. Hopefully, they won't be needed soon.
8. It gets warm, but not too much.
9. It works with precision and completely predictably, although it doesn't have speed adjustment on the trigger. It always works at maximum speed and in one direction, it's not suitable for screwing and doesn't have reverse speeds for potential jamming during drilling.
10. Although it seemed heavy at first, in use it is actually very comfortable and due to its balance (it is short) and the complete absorption of vibrations, it actually feels lighter than the much lighter impact drill (different category) from Makita.

Negatives:
1. The cable is of good quality but short. It is very annoying, but it is a common occurrence in budget tools. It is 1.90 meters long with the plug and the handle's rubber. At the first opportunity, if the machine is reliable, it will be replaced with a 3-meter+ cable.

Overall, it seems like a very good tool. The Total brand produces the exact same one, slightly cheaper, but for some reason, I trust the Ingco more due to the presence of a distributor and availability in more stores.

The review will be updated as the tool is used. For now, it has only been used for demolition, not drilling.
