    The worst air conditioner.
    It has been purchased for 2.5 years now and the performance in hot and cold is terrible compared to two other inverters that exist in the house. I bought it because of the brand but it did not justify me at all.
    I asked the dealership twice to come and check it in case there is a problem, (once at the beginning of its purchase and once shortly before the warranty expired) but they asked me to pay for the visit !!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable for a new air conditioner, which of course I did not accept. The problem remains and I don't know if this is how it operates or if there is a problem with this specific air conditioner.

    Finally, the air conditioner works fine.
    After I brought the team that installed it from a large department store and they assured me that this is how the air conditioner works (BIG MISTAKE).
    After almost 3 years, I asked for help from another refrigeration technician.
    Who found out that they had put the wrong amount of refrigerant and had not done proper ventilation, resulting in the machine malfunctioning.
    FINALLY, GREAT CAUTION TO THE INSTALLERS.
    I HAD A FUNCTIONALITY PROBLEM FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE

    Very good machine, for a bedroom with good insulation. General observation = inverters are not as powerful/efficient as conventional ones, for energy saving reasons, for example a conventional 9, in terms of performance, is like a 12 inverter, but with double the energy consumption.
