A little practice to understand how the brush moves and that was it. Wash, comb with a straightening cream for heat protection, and in 10 minutes I have PERFECT results. Much better than a flat iron, it gives a light salon-like straightening, and depending on how you move the brush you shape the hair. Very helpful, fantastic for its money.
