It has an oily texture, so after a few minutes when the product is "absorbed" by the manicure, it is good to wash your hands before touching anything else. It has a very light scent. It doesn't work miracles (if you apply it and then hit the nail at an angle, it will ruin the manicure), but it does seem to help speed up the drying process.
